Support throughout life's changes.
Menopause is a natural part of aging, and while every woman will go through it, no two experiences are the same. Lower amounts of estrogen produced by your ovaries during this time cause your body to change, which can sometimes be unsettling. We’re here to help you through these changes and discuss any of your concerns.
When can you expect to reach menopause?
The average age of menopause is 51, though it can be much earlier or later for some women. You will know you’ve reached this stage when you have gone one full year without having a period.
One of the most common signs that menopause is approaching is a change in your menstrual periods. You may skip one or more periods. Your flow may be lighter or heavier and flow may last a shorter or longer time than is usual for you.
If you're not sure if you're menopausal yet, schedule an appointment with your provider to discuss.
