For Patients / Telehealth

Garrison is proud to offer virtual visits.

The doctor will see you now—virtually! In an effort to keep our patients and team members safe during the pandemic, we're limiting the number of people in our office by offering telehealth visits. In these one-on-one video calls, you'll have access to the same team you know and love, all from the convenience of your home.

Your Video Visit: What to Expect

  • Two days prior to your video visit you will receive an email request to perform your “pre-check-in” duties online. Please complete that prior to your visit.
  • The most important task requiring completion in your “pre-check-in” email is your acceptance of our online video visit consent; without this, we can not perform your virtual visit.
  • Prior to your video visit, you will also receive a text with the web address you will need to check in to your provider’s “virtual” waiting room.
  • Your video visit can be conducted from any computer or phone with audio and video capabilities.

You can find simple instructions for accessing doxy.me (the video software we use) below.

Tips to help your call run smoothly.

  • Make sure you have a good internet connection.

  • Restart your device before your "visit."

  • Test your camera and mic from the virtual waiting room.

We're all in this together!

The safety of our team and patients is everything to us. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we begin to introduce this new modality with a few of our appointment types as we work together during these times. We recognize that with any new process or change there may be bumps in the road. Please bear with us as we work to offer you options for your healthcare.
