Our office may request that you fill out some forms prior to your visit. Please visit our Forms page to find and download what you need.
You should make an appointment to see your provider once a year. We will book annual exams up to three months in advance. Most insurance companies include a yearly check-up in their plans.
Call the Garrison office (603-742-0101) as soon as you learn you are pregnant (or if you think you might be). We will schedule your first obstetrical appointment within two or three weeks.
If you are having gynecological or obstetrical problems, please call our office (603-742-0101) as soon as possible (after 7:30 a.m.). If this is an urgent matter, we will try our best to fit you into the schedule on the same day.
Appointments are not necessary for lab work. Our lab is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Come on in!
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. If you would like to speak with a provider, please call our main number (603-742-0101) and you will be connected with our answering service. Our service will page the provider. If you have not heard from a provider within 30 minutes, please call back.
