To our Patients:

Thank you for your ongoing patience and support while we continue to adjust our policies as state and federal guidelines dictate our requirements for COVID 19 precautions in a health care setting.

It is our priority to provide a safe and comfortable office setting for our patients and staff amidst this transition. We are utilizing all resources to provide everyone with the level of compassion and care that you have become accustomed to at Garrison.

Companion Policy

Beginning Monday, June 21st, we will allow patients to have ONE companion (infant, child, or adult) accompany them to their scheduled appointment.

The patient companion may be either an infant, child, or adult and not exceed one per patient. Companions must pass a health screening, and any companion over the age of 2 must don a mask that covers the nose and mouth (gaiters are not permitted). The patient companion must remain with the patient during the entirety of their approved visit.

Mask Policy

Current Federal guidelines for healthcare settings require the use of face coverings regardless of vaccination status. We continue to be diligent in our sanitizing processes but do not require social distancing in our waiting areas where facial coverings are required.

Again, ANY patient or companion over the age of 2 must don a mask that covers the nose and mouth (gaiters are not permitted).

We will continue to update our policies based on State and Federal guidelines for healthcare settings and will continue to provide our patients and staff with a safe environment.  Thank you again for your assistance as we navigate these ongoing changes.
