Urinary Incontinence

Over 25% of women leak urine enough to seek medical care. Many women unnecessarily suffer in silence.

There are two forms of urinary incontinence: stress incontinence and overactive bladder.

Stress Incontinence

If you leak urine when you laugh, sneeze, run, cough, jump, or even walk, you are not alone.  Many women have this problem, especially after they’ve had a baby.

Overactive Bladder

Overactive bladder is a problem that causes a sudden urge to urinate.  The urge may be difficult to suppress, and overactive bladder can even lead to the involuntary loss of urine (incontinence).

You may think you just have to put up with these problems.  You may even feel too embarrassed to go to your doctor.  But there are many treatments for stress incontinence and overactive bladder that work well.

Don’t limit your life or try to deal with these conditions by wearing absorbent pads. We will take the time to listen to you and work with you to help you reach your goals.

Successful treatment options today are far less invasive.

These include:

  • Medication
  • Exercises
  • Surgery
  • Interstim, E-Stim
