Colene Arnold, M.D.
Dr. Colene Arnold received her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from the University of Connecticut, her graduate degree from the Physician Associate Program at Yale University School of Medicine, and her Medical Degree from the University of Oklahoma.
She completed her residency training with the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in June of 2003.
Dr Arnold is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the International Pelvic Pain Society and the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. Dr. Arnold is Board Certified in OB-GYN.
Dr. Arnold has a special interest in HPV related disease, pelvic pain and homeopathic/complementary medicine.
When not at work, Dr. Arnold is a Girl Scout leader and enjoys hiking, traveling, tennis, and gardening. She happily resides in Rochester with her husband and two daughters.
Rebecca Banaski, D.O., M.P.H.
Dr. Rebecca Banaski earned a Master of Public Health degree in Maternal and Child Health/Health Education and Communication while attending Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 2003, she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine.
Dr. Banaski completed her four year residency training program in OB-GYN at Danbury Hospital, affiliated with Yale University School of Medicine. She was the 2005 recipient of the Berlex Best Teaching Resident Award. Dr. Banaski is Board Certified. Rebecca Banaski is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Fertility Society.
Rebecca and her husband, Brian, son Gavin, and twin boys Joseph and William reside in Barrington, NH.
Elizabeth Chase, M.D.
Dr. Elizabeth Chase, a New England native, received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Smith College, and her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine.
She completed her residency at Women’s & Infants’ Hospital in Providence, RI where she was named Resident Teacher of the Year in 1995-96. She worked in private practice in Abington, Pennsylvania for four years before returning to New England for good.
She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is also a member of the American Urogynecologic Society, and the American Association of Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeons.
She is a proctor for Intuitive Surgical. She has a special interest in urinary leakage and pelvic organ prolapse, robotic surgery, advanced laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, women’s sexual health, and vaginitis.
Dr. Chase is fluent in Spanish and welcomes Spanish speaking patients. She travels to Guatemala regularly to perform surgery in the Hospital de la Familia, a mission hospital in Nuevo Progreso, Guatemala.
She resides in Dover, NH with her husband and their two sons. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, skiing, and watching her children grow.
Janet Perkins, M.D.
Dr. Janet Perkins grew up in New England, earning her Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
She left New England for Chicago Medical School, where she received her master’s degree in Public Health. She completed her medical degree and residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Dr. Perkins is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
Dr. Perkin’s special passion is Obstetrics as well as advanced Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy. She also has a strong interest and expertise in exercise and pregnancy, sports gynecology, exercise and weight loss, and exercise-induced menstrual irregularities.
Dr. Perkins is an avid marathon runner in her spare time. She spent two years in the Peace Corps in Thailand and speaks some French, Spanish and Thai. She now travels to Haiti once a year donating her time and skill to the Haitian Health Foundation.
Dr. Perkins resides in Durham with her husband and their three children.
Kristin Yates, D.O.
Dr. Kristin Yates, a New Hampshire native, earned two bachelor’s degrees in biomedical sciences and psychology at State University of New York at Buffalo, where she was a Renaissance scholar, a Phi Beta Kappa honor society member, and graduated magna cum laude.
In 2012, she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri.
Dr. Yates completed her four year residency training program in OB-GYN at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburg. In that time, she was the recipient of the Gilmore Good Citizen award, the Resident Research award, the Resident Teaching award (twice), and was awarded SLS Excellence in Laparoscopic Surgery.
Dedicated to committee service, Dr. Yates has served on both the Western Pennsylvania Hospital Cancer Committee and the Allegheny Health Network Resident Quality Improvement Committee.
Kristin and her husband Pat, daughter Nora, and dog Chia reside in Strafford, New Hampshire.
