Adolescent Gynecology
The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology recommends that the first visit with your gynecologist be between the ages of 13 and 15.
This would more than likely be a meeting to get to know each other better and discuss topics such as your menstrual cycle, the reproductive organs, sexually transmitted diseases and future gynecologic visits.

Gardasil
Gardasil is a vaccine available to young women between the ages of 11 through 26. The vaccine will prevent diseases related to the Human Papilloma Virus, including cervical cancer and genital warts.
Statistics suggest that 8 out of 10 women will be exposed to HPV through sexual contact at some point in their life.
A counseling session can be scheduled with a provider at Garrison Women's Health Center in Dover, NH to discuss the vaccine in detail as it relates to your health.
