October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Sue Letourneau, our own mammography tech with New England Mammography will be working at one of the gaming tables at an old-time Hollywood themed casino party called LUCK BE A LADY TONIGHT.
The event will take place Friday evening, October 28th, at the Sheraton in downtown Portsmouth and will include:
· A professional grade casino party
· Scrumptious appetizers
· Dancing to music from the old-time Hollywood themed era
· Prizes, raffles and a silent auction (prizes will also be awarded for the best costumes)
All proceeds will benefit BreastCancerStories.org and their new local My Breast Cancer Support programs. Working with the hospitals in Portsmouth, Exeter, Dover, York and the Cancer Care Center of York County, these new programs provide support, hope and encouragement to local breast cancer patients through community-based programs aimed toward emotional wellness. www.mybreastcancersupport.org/LUCK/
