On February 1st we begin the first stage of converting our practice software system to a state-of-the-art system that will enable us to provide you with the most efficient visit possible.
However, during this software conversion, you may experience a longer wait time in the check-in and check-out lines. It may take you a little longer to get through on the phone as our staff becomes familiar with these changes.
We anticipate this first stage of change to occur from January 23rd through the middle of February.
The second stage will occur in May and we will give you more information as this date draws near.
