Brityn Alie, CNM

A native of New Hampshire, Brityn Alie is a Certified Nurse Mid-wife. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University. Prior to attending Columbia, Brityn earned her Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies from UNH.

Brityn worked for many years as a Doula, providing labor support and postpartum care in Boston before becoming a midwife.  She is currently a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives and is board certified in NH. She is trained in Centering Pregnancy and assisting at waterbirths.

Brityn resides in Nottingham with her husband and two young children.  She enjoys running on the old farm roads in Nottingham and spending time with her family camping, hiking, canoeing, and bicycle riding.,
